Our shower turned out beautiful thank to the
beautiful setting, service and staff at the Black
River Country Club! Several people commented that it
was the best baby shower they ever went to. I
attribute those comments to the setting and service
we received. The warm raspberry chicken salad was
delicious. Everyone commented that the chicken
noodle soup tasted like their own (homemade). And
the warm bread started the lunch off perfectly.
Brooke was always nearby if I needed her (and I
didn’t need her). If you have a web link that
reviews can be posted on, let me know. I will give
you five stars. Thanks Alisa. We made a memorable
event for my daughter!

Country Club for opening on March 4, 2009 for my
70th birthday and coordinating with my wife, Janett,

Chad for the wonderful meal. The beef wellington was
great. We thank Melissa and Dan for the great

making our wedding at the Black River Country Club
wonderful. It was everything that we hoped it would
be! All of our guests had such a great time & the
food was so, so good. Your staff on that evening
should be recognized for their attention to detail.
One of your servers even carried my plate to the
head table for me! Sometimes it’s the little things
that matter. Everyone thought your manager on staff
that evening was great! The bartender was so fun but
still professional. I will be sure to let everyone I
